Less management overhead
See patterns in expertise, workload and development without piecing together reports by hand.
AI is changing how software gets built. As developers do more with AI, engineering leaders need to understand their team's expertise, spot critical knowledge gaps and help the right skills develop alongside the code.
HeadRav turns everyday project data into practical insight for better staffing and development decisions, lower delivery risk and more value from your existing team.
See risks and act before they surface
See patterns in expertise, workload and development without piecing together reports by hand.
Surface dependencies and uneven coverage that could slow delivery or overload key specialists.
Find opportunities for mentoring, cross-training and better use of expertise already on the team.
Bring capacity, expertise and dependencies into release planning and assignment decisions.
AI can accelerate implementation and make it easier to take on new tasks. But writing code is only part of software engineering. Teams still need to understand what they build, review AI-generated code critically, maintain complex systems, and share critical knowledge.
Understand how work is distributed as development workflows change.
Identify critical areas where knowledge is concentrated in too few people.
Find opportunities to spread knowledge and build deeper technical coverage.
Help people grow into the responsibilities and skills their team will need.
Link the project tool your team already uses in a few clicks. Nothing changes for your team.
It maps your product areas and your team's expertise from real work. You review it in minutes.
Use insights to guide development conversations, make better-informed assignments and plan releases.
HeadRav is designed to protect access to your project data, use it only to provide the service, and give you control over your connected workspace and account data.
In HeadRav, we run our AI models on managed computing infrastructure rather than sending project context to general-purpose AI APIs. Your data isn't used to train public models.
Disconnect your workspace or delete your account and its associated data from Settings.
We're inviting a small number of engineering teams to try HeadRav and help shape its development.
Free during the pilot. Participation, setup requirements and data handling will be explained before onboarding.

HeadRav was created around a simple idea: engineering leaders deserve a clearer view of their team's strengths, knowledge gaps and opportunities to grow.
I'm building HeadRav with a focus on turning everyday project data into practical insight that helps teams grow and deliver.
As an early pilot partner, you'll work directly with me, have a say in shaping the product, and get personal support throughout the process.
Shai KrakovskyFounder, HeadRav
The pilot is free of charge. We want to learn from your team's experience and feedback to improve HeadRav for future users.
You can delete your account from Settings after confirming your password; account-linked data, including AI query logs, is deleted with it. If you submitted a pilot request but haven't created an account, use the contact address in the Privacy Policy to ask for its deletion.
HeadRav is in a small, hands-on pilot. Keeping it invite-only lets us help each team get set up, learn from real use and improve the product with focused feedback.
HeadRav connects to popular project-management tools, and we're adding more based on what pilot teams use. Tell us your tool in the form and we'll let you know when you're good to go.
No. HeadRav looks at patterns in project work to help leaders understand expertise, knowledge bottlenecks and development opportunities. It isn't meant to be an activity tracker or a measure of an individual's worth; managers should use the insights as context for conversations and their own judgment.
Choose Sign in, then Create Account, and use the same email address you submitted with your request. Verify that address from the email we send, then follow the guided setup to connect your workspace and prepare your team's insights.
That email address hasn't been approved for registration yet. Apply for the pilot using that address; if you were already approved, check for a typo or try the exact address from your approval.
