Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Pilot requests: your name, work email, company, role, team size, the tool your team uses, and anything you choose to tell us in the form.
• Account data: your name, email address and a securely hashed password.
• Workspace data: when you connect your project-management tool, we import the work items, comments, work logs and team member names needed to produce insights. Access tokens are stored encrypted.
• User input: Information you input or edit in our service.
• Technical data: basic logs and error reports needed to keep the service secure and working.

How we use it

• To review pilot requests and contact you about the pilot.
• To provide the service: team insights, planning and the features you use.
• To keep the service secure, fix problems and improve the product.

We don't sell your data and we don't use it for advertising.

AI processing

AI features run on models that we operate ourselves on rented infrastructure. Your data isn't shared with third-party AI providers and isn't used to train public models.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run HeadRav, such as hosting, email delivery, error monitoring and computing infrastructure. They process data only on our instructions.

How long we keep it

• Pilot requests: until the pilot ends, or earlier if you ask us to delete them.
• Account and workspace data: for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, your data is deleted.

Your choices and rights

You can disconnect your workspace or delete your account at any time from Settings. You can also ask us to access, correct or delete your data, including a pilot request, by emailing us.
